The reported effects of CBD are different from person to person. Your body is unique and it will feel different than mine does. However, the research supports several outcomes that thousands of people have come to expect. For me personally, the melting away of my pain is the most beneficial feeling I get from CBD. I can only speak about how it has made me feel, and I can't guarantee that you will feel the same way. I recommend you checkout the research to see what scientist have to say about it.
How I Feel With CBD
When I have a good serving of real CBD oil, the most pronounced feeling is a sense of well-being. Well, that's the best way I can think to describe it. It's like a total calm just washes over my body. I become less tense and can feel my body relaxing.
I never knew how tense I was until trying genuine cannabidiol. It was a wonderful experience in which I anxiously awaited for it to kick in. When it did, I was surprised of the result. I was expecting something a little more blunt. The feeling wasn't a strong feeling like with weed or alcohol. If you're not used to the feeling, you may mistake it for a normal mood of yours and think the oil didn't work. Just because you don't feel a strong sensation, it doesn't mean it didn't work.
With CBD it's more about what you don't feel than what you do feel.
It's all about feeling less. Well at least that's my goal with every serving. I want too feel less pain, less soreness, less achy, less anxiety, less worry, and less stress. Those are my personal goals for what I want CBD to help me accomplish, and it does a pretty good job of it.
When all of those feelings melt away, I'm left with a calming sense of well-being. A feeling that all is well in my life and I'm going to have a great day.
Different Than Being High
This is a lot different than marijuana where an intense high rushes over you. With CBD, there is no high whatsoever. I should be more specific. With hemp-derived CBD, you will not get high. There isn't a buzzy feeling or anything similar.
If you buy CBD, from a dispensary, that was derived from marijuana you will most certainly get high. To make marijuana CBD, they use strains that are rich in CBD and low in THC. They're lower in THC than a “normal” strain of marijuana, but they still have more than enough THC to get you high. The cannabinoid numbers are drasticly different than that of hemp.
With hemp-derived products, you can expect to see cannabinoid numbers ranging from 15%-45% CBD with less than 1% THC. The amount of THC will probably be a lot less than 1%. Some forms of CBD, like water soluble, have 0% THC. If you're looking for a job or have to take frequent drug tests, it's smart to use a 0% THC product. Some drug tests look for any THC, while the majority look for 20ng/mL or more to avoid false positives.
With the normal parameters, regular CBD oil should be fine but it's always better to play it safe.
Be a Smart Consumer
If you're ordering online, you don't have to worry about getting high. It's illegal to ship marijuana products, so no website should be shipping you marijuana CBD. That doesn't mean they won't, so make sure you read the descriptions carefully so you don't end up high a the wrong place and the wrong time.
What you do have to worry about is getting real products. This market is full of trickery and big claims that aren't backed up. Make sure you always read the lab results. Any legitimate company will have lab results. If a company neglects to share their lab work, run the other direction. There is no good reason to not have lab work done on each and every batch. So many things could cause the oil to get contaminated during the process of production. Be a smart consumer and don't let any company pull the wool over you eyes.
